The Historic Mill Buildings were rehabbed for use as a Community Center for Harper Acres, a public housing development for lower income elderly and disabled individuals in Keene, New Hampshire. It is a place for residents to hold meetings, gather, and socialize. It has meeting facilities, a cozy living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities.
