Families in Transition (FIT) provides transitional housing and supportive services to homeless women and children. By providing safe, affordable housing, FIT helps individuals and families to gain self-sufficiency and self respect. FIT offers 60 housing units in both Concord and Manchester to those who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
