Cheshire County, on behalf of Monadnock Family Services (MFS) and Elm Street Cooperative, requested CDBG money to construct and build three apartments to house families who have been affected by mental illness, thus allowing them to live as independently as possible. The eventual goal is for the Cooperative to own and manage the three apartments.
