PUBLIC HEARING ON THE DRAFT CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT TO THE 2006-2010 CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
New Hampshire Housing will hold a public hearing from 4 to 6 pm on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at it’s offices at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comment on the draft of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report to the 2006-2010 Consolidated Plan for the State of New Hampshire. The Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report summarizes the commitment and use of Federal and State funds in support of housing, community development and the homeless during the period commencing January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009. The report details the number of households and persons assisted with housing, community development, and homeless funds and also identifies accomplishments made to address priority needs and defined action areas. Reports specific to the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Shelter Grant Programs are included as appendices. This report, mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, must be submitted to the Department by March 30, 2010. New Hampshire Housing, the Community Development Finance Authority, and the Bureau of Homeless and Housing Services of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services invite all interested parties to comment on the Performance Report during the public comment period which commences February 26, 2010 and closes March 26, 2010. In addition to testimony presented at the public hearing, comments should be submitted to: New Hampshire Housing, c/o Office of Planning, Policy, and Communications, PO Box 5087, Manchester, NH 03108 or via E-mail at ‘bguinther@nhhfa.org’. The Draft Consolidated Performance Evaluation Report will be posted on the New Hampshire Housing website (www.nhhfa.org) on or before February 26, 2010.
