CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) in Concord, NH recently hired Cassandra E. Bradley, of Center Harbor, NH, for the position of Loan and Portfolio Specialist. She is responsible for assessing proposals for funding, recommending amount and structure of funding, and monitoring CDFA awardees financial performance.
For the last eight years, she worked at Northway Bank in Laconia, as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and most recently as Vice President, Business Development Officer. In her roles she was responsible for developing strong relationships generating new commercial loans for a variety of businesses and industries throughout New Hampshire. She has a 25 years of experience in the banking and insurance industries. She is the President of the Meadowbrook Performing Arts Charitable Foundation, Assistant Governor for the six Rotary Clubs in the Lakes Region, past President of the Laconia Rotary Club, a volunteer of the Political Refugee Resettlement group in Laconia, and is a graduate of Leadership Lakes Region.
CDFA, created by legislation in 1983, is a nonprofit public instrumentality of the State of New Hampshire. CDFA administers $35 million in funding resources, which includes a combination of state tax credits and federal Community Development Block Grant, Neighborhood Stabilization, and Municipal Energy Reduction Assistance funding.
