The mission of the Working Group is to shepherd an inclusive process of creating and writing the Action Plan, which will detail how the program will work in New Hampshire. The deadline to submit the plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development is December 1, 2008.

A broader coalition is currently being formed to create the draft Action Plan. The public comment period will be from October 30 – November 14, 2008.
