CDFA Neighborhood Stabilization Program Action Plan Title

NSP3

For states to receive Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds, they must submit a comprehensive plan - Action Plan - to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). New Hampshire’s Action Plan is due on March 1, 2011, for the current round of NSP.

The Action Plan provides the details of how the program will work in the Granite State, such as who can apply, how the applications will be evaluated and how projects will be funded. New Hampshire’s plan was drafted by a broad coalition of community representatives.

NSP1

HUD approved New Hampshire’s NSP1 Action Plan in January 2009 and awarded $19.6 million to CDFA in March 2009. NSP1 grantees must have their funds expended and their units occupied by March 9, 2013.
