For states to receive Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds, they must submit a comprehensive plan - Action Plan - to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). New Hampshire’s Action Plan is due on March 1, 2011, for the current round of NSP.
The Action Plan provides the details of how the program will work in the Granite State, such as who can apply, how the applications will be evaluated and how projects will be funded. New Hampshire’s plan was drafted by a broad coalition of community representatives.
