CDFA understands the importance of offering affordable financing tools to help businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities reduce their operating costs with energy efficiency improvements. We are pleased to provide these tools, through the following two programs, that will help support the stability of healthy, viable communities.

For municipalities, the Municipal Energy Reduction Fund is a low-interest loan program to help municipalities improve the energy efficiency of their municipal buildings, street lighting, water and sewer treatment facilities, and where appropriate, electrical distribution systems. The goal is to reduce energy usage and costs.

For businesses and nonprofits, the Enterprise Energy Fund is a low-interest loan and grant program available to businesses and nonprofit organizations to help finance energy improvements and renewable energy projects. The goal is to reduce energy costs and consumption, and promote economic recovery.
