Draft 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report Public Comment Period and Public Hearing2018-03-14
DRAFT 2017 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING
The Community Development Finance Authority, New Hampshire Housing, and the Bureau of Homeless and Housing Services of the Department of Health and Human Services, in conjunction with the New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council, has drafted a Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report concerning the use of HUD Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Housing Trust Fund, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds during calendar year 2017 to address the state’s community development, housing and homeless needs. The Council and the three agencies mentioned above who administer the state grants are soliciting comments on the draft 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) from March 14 through 29, 2018. The Draft 2017 CAPER will be available for viewing or download no later than March 14, 2018 at http://www.nhhfa.org/housing-data-state-planning-consolidated-plan.cfm
. Printed copies are available upon request to members of the general public lacking internet access.
The Public Hearing will be held on the following date:
Thursday, March 22, 2018 – Board Room, New Hampshire Housing, 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH from 4:00 to 6:00 pm
In addition to the general public, stakeholders, including agencies, units of government, and other interested parties are encouraged to invite clients and beneficiaries to participate in the public hearing and to comment on the draft CAPER. Written comments may be submitted in addition to or in place of oral comments through March 29, 2018. Comments may also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
