Description:
The Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program will be accepting applications for the first round of Housing and Public Facilities Applications.
All applications for the second round must be received by CDFA through its online grants management system by 4:30 pm Monday, January 28, 2013. Projects are score against one another in a competitive round; projects will be funded in order of highest scoring to lowest until all available funds are depleted. All applications must document that at least 51% of the intended beneficiaries will be low- and moderate-income persons or households. Applications for water and sewer projects must document a known threat to health and safety.

The $42,0000 award will replace the boiler at the Old Grader School, preserving the community service programs operated at the building.
