The NH BetterBuildings program has completed its effort to provide technical assistance and financial resources for residents and businesses.
The program, funded by ARRA and the US Department of Energy, was a three-year demonstration project which operated in Nashua, Plymouth, & Berlin. The goal was to provide home owners and business owners with easy access to cost-effective energy efficiency improvements. Toward the end of the program - due to the great demand - access for commercial projects was expanded statewide.
Among the accomplishments of BetterBuildings has been the completion of over 800 residential energy efficiency projects and the renovation of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
We're really proud of what BetterBuildings accomplished in a short period of time. To read a list of outcomes and case studies from the BetterBuildings program, click here.
